Returns
  • Products must be returned within (30) days of purchase. 
  • Returned products must be in new, unused and resalable condition, 
    and containing the original packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.
  • Non-returnable products will not be approved for return.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges must be made within (30) days of purchase.

  • Single-use or non-returnable products will not be approved for exchange.
  • Customer is responsible for both returned and exchanged product shipping costs.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is missing parts, please provide photos of the damage along with your return. Damaged items will receive a full refund, along with return shipping costs.
Please contact us within 24 hours or receiving the damaged item to qualify for the full refund.

Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee plus shipping is applied to all voluntary, non-damage related returns.

Returns and exchanges are made at the discretion of Goldin Pharmacy.
